This practice never lets me or my dog down, from Karen and her colleagues on reception through to the nurses and vets, they always make my visit as good as it possibly can be. Very reassuring and excellent approach to animal care loaded with compassion and knowledge.I had to make an emergency call to Portland House yesterday, unfortunately my dog split his nail playing in the garden, I panicked but the care and reassurance my Max got was just amazing, i really can't praise this practice enough, i went away with all the knowledge i needed to ensure Max's nail heals properly and safely. Thank you Portland House..

Such a wonderful visit from beginning to end. Lovely receptionist Karen welcomed dear Twinnie, and myself, whereupon we were immediately invited to the treatment room by lovely vet, Jenny R, who immediately put my slightly anxious elderly cat Twinnie, at ease, when attending for his diabetes/insulin review.. Jenny was absolutely wonderful. I felt completely reassured by her knowledge and gentle manner in the way she examined my beautiful boy. Thank you so much, Linda & Twinnie

From booking online to attending Jacks appointment, it’s always a great service which gives me confidence in taking Jack here. You get to stay with your pet during the consultation so you know exactly what is happening. Jack always seems very happy here, purring the whole time so yes I would definitely recommend.
