This practice never lets me or my dog down, from Karen and her colleagues on reception through to the nurses and vets, they always make my visit as good as it possibly can be. Very reassuring and excellent approach to animal care loaded with compassion and knowledge.

From booking online to attending Jacks appointment, it’s always a great service which gives me confidence in taking Jack here. You get to stay with your pet during the consultation so you know exactly what is happening. Jack always seems very happy here, purring the whole time so yes I would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere really professional in the way they put u and your pet at ease. Introduce new medication that has recently come into practice such as the yearly jab for fleas and ticks. You dont need to remember when the year is uo as their records let you know by text message. Great service.

Portland looked after my two cats and dog over a course of 3 years. They have always been amazing to them all. The receptionist, the nursing team and the vets have always been kind, professional and helpful in each of the visits. We relocated so we changed vets, so we sadly changed vets. But I would recommend their services to pet owners in the area.

Love this vets, they take great care of our 3 dogs! The vets are extremely caring and love the animals they take care off. The prices are a bit high and vets with better value are near by
