Moved from another local vet practise to Wildbore vetstop and I was immediately impressed. I initially booked an appointment late evening via the online appointment system, The earliest appointment I could see was 3 days away. The next morning the practice called me to say they thought it could be more urgent and could I go down straight away to see the vet which I did. Since then my puppy has required another two appointments, both at short notice, including today, Saturday, the day after Boxing Day, I called this morning at 9:15 and I have an appointment at 11:45. On each appointment I've seen a different vet however each of them has been very thorough and competent. I feel like they look after my dog, are very capable and experienced. Wild bore vetstop has a massive car park with plenty of car parking spaces right outside, waiting room is huge plenty of room to walk around with a dog. Also every time I've had an appointment, they are on time and I have never sat waiting (unlike other vets in the area where I've had to sit & wait for 2 hours) Wildbore offer a very very good service, I definitely recommend Wildbore vetstop

We have always been greeted warmly by the reception staff and have had really good service from the wonderful vets at the practice. It has never been hard to get an appiontment to see a nurse or a vet.

Absolutely amazing team of people. Rang in an emergency, got me in straight away, looked after my pooch (thank god he's okay), looked after me. The receptionist Carlene and Natalie were outstanding. They are both very caring and helpful ladies who honestly helped me in so many ways. I can't thank them enough. Our vet and veterinary nurse were so calm, informative and attentive. They were amazing. I will be forever grateful to this surgery and the beautiful people who work there. THANK YOU 😊

My beautiful Rosie died in my arms on the 29th September. Surrounded with love from her mum and dad.. Dave and his team were more like a family to us and their kindness cannot be repaid. Rosie loved Dave the vet. Bless you all for being you. From the proudest mum and dad of Rosie and Sparkie Tunnard.

Dear Staff of this place! Can't thank you enough for helping with a stray tabby cat ❤️ Especially the biggest thanks to two ladies who helped and adviced! We visited yesterday as my dog had eaten part of a corn cob on a walk. I was very impressed with the practice - lovely large waiting room with separate cat and dog waiting areas. As a first time owner of a jackapoo puppy, I felt very nervous taking my puppy in the vets! The Veterinary nurse & vet put my mind completely at ease & explained everything to me & answered any questions I had for my pup, especially regarding his food, they explained everything in such detail & made me & my puppy feel very welcome!! Extremely grateful for the experience!
